Trees are our ‘Breath of Fresh Air’ …….From our earliest memories of walking through woodland, to our attempts at scaling their lofty branches, trees are part of our very existence. They give life to our souls and breath to our lungs……we would be lost without them!
In this three-hour workshop we will explore different ways of depicting trees in art; from the whole tree, down through its branches to the leaves and fruits it bears.
We will experiment with a variety of mediums, including charcoal, water colour, inks and pastels. We will explore a range of techniques.
This workshop is suitable for ‘complete beginners’ to anyone who wants to try out some different mediums. It is based firstly on ‘fun’ and secondly on ‘learning something new’!
All basic materials are included and refreshments available
