Charitable Giving

You can help the Rotary Club of Swaffham to boost its funds, and support more local and international charities, by doing one of two things:

  • by buying tickets to attend our charity fundraising events – including all of the Visual Arts Festival events; or
  • by making individual donations to our charity account.

Details of all of the Visual Arts Festival events can be found in our Events Section – and you can go to the main Rotary Club of Swaffham website to find details of the Club’s other activities and events.

If you wish to make a charitable donation, the easiest thing to do is send us a cheque. Please make it payable to “The Rotary Club of Swaffham”, and then email our Club Treasurer to obtain our postal address.

All additional funds are gratefully received. It will make a big difference, and help us to assist more people in need.

 

If you are a UK tax payer, you can make a donation to the Rotary Club of Swaffham using the Inland Revenue GIFT AID scheme.

As a registered charity (no:1061027) this will enable us to reclaim the tax on your donation and thereby increase our funds to support more good causes.

Simply download a declaration form, fill it in and send it back to us. If you have any questions, please feel free to email our Club Treasurer. For more information about giving to charity through the GIFT AID scheme, visit the HMRC website.
